Context

In 2017, the most famous French artist Booba launched his own whisky: D.U.C. One year later and while the rapper was regularly going viral on his Instagram page, there was an opportunity for his whisky brand to benefit from the social buzz.

Challenge

How to grow awareness around D.U.C Whisky and increase differentiation vs. other whisky brands to engage with street culture lovers?

Solutions

1. On social media, we created 4 singular creative territories that represent Booba’s universe: clair obscur, into the wild, neon & nobleness.

2. We collaborated with Instagram emerging artists such as Ilias Walchshofer to promote the independent spirit of the brand and its claim « Get Your Own Crown ».

3. Right before Christmas, we launched a print campaign in the streets of Paris that gave tribute to the pirate flag to connect with the « ratpi » community.
