Context

Acquired in 2023 by Alexandre Mulliez, Fabien Lazare, and Pierre Gasly, the small club FC Versailles aims to become an inspiring lifestyle brand for GenZ. 

Challenge

Marking the beginning of a new era and the club's rebirth through the launch of its first jersey in collaboration with its new equipment supplier Kappa.

Solutions

A jersey launch campaign (photo shoot & film) that plays on the contrast between a naturally noble, romantic, and classic chateau setting and a much more modern universe with the intrinsically streetwear DNA of the football jersey.

To pay homage to FC Versailles' royal heritage while adding a lifestyle layer with a stylized photo treatment, thus highlighting the jerseys - designed in collaboration with Ted Philipakos (Venezia FC, Athens Kallithea) - as exclusive fashion pieces.

The duality between tradition and modernity showcases the romanticism of a small football club that relies on the nobility of its aesthetics to stand out and make noise, thanks to its image and beyond its sports results.
