Less than six months away from the Olympic and Paralympic Games, Paris 2024 wants to announce that over 1400 positions are available, particularly in the event management, customer relations, transportation, and technical management sectors.

Challenge

Paris 2024 faces two obstacles in recruiting its future talents: people believe that the Games only seek security personnel and volunteers, and the offered jobs compete with the usual summer jobs.

A multichannel campaign (OOH, social media & display) blending the worlds of work and sports through humorous wordplay. With a two phases broadcast until the eve of the competition, the playful nods to Olympic disciplines will target various sectors and profiles.
